Name Addition Fee Schedule
Complimentary through August 3rd
$75 late addition fee from August 4th - September 12th
$125 late addition fee from September 13th - October 30th
$225 late addition fee from October 31st - November 20th
Beginning November 21, 2017, NO NAME CHANGES
can be made on your reservation. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!
Things To Know
- The Lead Guest is the only person in the reservation that can make changes, such as adding a guest or making a name change.
- If you see "Adult 2" listed on your reservation please be mindful this means that you have not yet added your guest.
- If your roommate has never traveled with Cloud 9 before, have them create a Cloud 9 Account HERE.
- All guests traveling to Strings & Sol must create their own profile in order to check in at the event.
How To Add Your Guest
Before August 3rd
Add your guest online by following these steps:
Step 1: Log into your Cloud 9 Account
Step 2: Click “Your Account”. This will pull up all your past & present reservations.
Step 3: Select “View/Modify” under your active reservation.
Step 4: Click the “Replace Guest” option.
Step 5: Select "Adult 2" and follow the steps to add your new guest’s information.
After August 3rd
Step 1: Identify who is going to be responsible for paying the name addition fee. Either party can pay the fee, however, the fee must be paid in full at the time the change is made.
Step 2: The Lead Guest must contact Cloud 9 to add a guest via email or phone. At that time, you will need to provide the new guest's full name and date of birth to assure we add the correct person to your reservation.
Step 3: Once completed, all guests will receive a confirmation email to show that the guest has been added.
