You must have a reservation and a pre night (Dec 11th) purchased for Strings & Sol to take advantage of this offer
2 Day Packages are available in the Tropical View category at Sapphire only. If you are reserved in a different category or reserved at Dreams for Strings & Sol and have already secured your pre night, you will have to change rooms on Dec 11.
If you are staying at Dreams for Strings & Sol and have not purchased a pre night prior to taking advantage of this offer, you should reserve December 11 at Dreams through your Cloud 9 account.
Room location is ROH – we will make every attempt to keep you in the same bedding you purchased for Strings & Sol.
Prices are per person for a 2 night package at The Mexico Incident for double or triple occupancy – checking in December 9th checking out December 11th.

Transportation from Cancun Airport will be provided on December 9th and 10th for people who have purchased transportation through the event.
Shuttles will not be running between Sapphire and Dreams on December 9, 10 or 11. Taxi’s are available with the Bellman for a nominal fee.
