Take advantage of this unique offer to arrive early and gain access to see the last two nights of shows before we kickoff Strings & Sol. You’ll catch The String Cheese Incident, moe., Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Chromeo, Dirtwire, a Nershi family set, plus very special Bossa Nova cocktail hour with Natalie Cressman & Ian Faquini.
Here’s what you need to know:
Add the Special Offer by logging into your Cloud 9 Account. Once you are logged in, click the blue “View/ Modify” button located below your reservation number. Next click the button “Add More Options” and select “Special Offer” in the drop down. Click “Make a Payment” and you are all set!
You must have a reservation and a pre night (Dec 11th) purchased for Strings & Sol to take advantage of this offer. If you already have your pre night added then you only need to add the Special Offer. If you have not added the night of December 11, you add the pre night by following the same process as above but instead of selecting “Special Offer” select “Add Pre Event Extra Nights”.
The Special Offer is available at Sapphire only as Run of House based on availability. Availability is likely to be in the Tropical View category. If you are reserved in a different category or reserved at Dreams for Strings & Sol and have already secured your pre night, you will have to change rooms on Dec 11. We will make every attempt to keep you in the same bedding you purchased for Strings & Sol.
If you are staying at Dreams for Strings & Sol and have not purchased a pre night prior to taking advantage of this offer, you should reserve December 11 at Dreams through your Cloud 9 account.
Prices are per person for a 2 night package at The Mexico Incident for double or triple occupancy – checking in December 9th checking out December 11th.
If you are a solo traveler and would like to take advantage of this offer, please contact the Travel Team. Single occupancy rooms will be $1989 for the two additional nights.
Transportation from Cancun Airport will be provided on December 9th and 10th for people who have purchased transportation through the event.
Shuttles will not be running between Sapphire and Dreams on December 9, 10 or 11. Taxi’s are available with the Bellman for a nominal fee.
